Mick Marchington's contributions to employee voice, participation, and involvement are broad deep. This scholarship is consistently distinguished by a rejection of ‘one-size-fits-all’ approaches in favour complex, multi-layered understandings. We reflect on some key involvement, with an emphasis the importance internal actors who conditioned diverse external influences. also illustrate lasting this approach applying it COVID-19 health crisis currently unfolding.
